Found some time ago on the dutch site Marktplaats, this is a really intersting Ferrari California replica based on a fast car, the donor car is a Nissan 350Z with its 300HP V6 engine.This car isn’t convertible, based on the coupe (the Nissan cabrio has just a canvas top) but the overall effect is great and nice. Quite close to the real thing the exterior but totally Nissan in the interior with the standard car cockpit, seats and features.

Una replica interessante e abbastanza ben fatta basata su di un’auto performante: una Nissan 350Z con il suo V6 da 300CV. Per essere tutelabile un modello o disegno deve possedere due requisiti: essere nuovo ed avere

carattere individuale. In altri sistemi (Australia, Benelux, Canada, Stati Uniti, Brasile e Messico) il

La durata del diritto è di 5 anni dal deposito della domanda e può essere prorogata fino ad un 

massimo di 25 anni, purché con cadenza quinquennale si paghino le tasse di mantenimento. Con una

Quindi a quanto è dato capire il design di un’auto è tutelato per max 25 anni e quindi ad oggi i design fino al 1988 non sono più soggetti a vincoli.
