A sacred object for every serious fan of the most famous British spy ever: the Aston Martin DB5 first appeared in Goldfinger movie in 1964. The DB5 is the James Bond car that rivals (but not on equal terms) the “submarine” Lotus Esprit.
The English manufacturer has started these days to build the 25 units for as many few elected able to spend 2.75 million pounds (taxes excluded) for an exact “not road legal” copy (including gadgets) of the fantastic car used by 007 and consecrated to legend. Aston Martin promises that all newly-built cars will be authentic reproductions of the car seen on screen this also means all 25 examples will be finished in Silver Birch paint, just like the original movie car. First deliveries are scheduled for 2021.

La casa inglese ha iniziato in questi giorni a costruire i 25 esemplari per altrettanti pochi eletti in grado di spendere 2,75 milioni di sterline (tasse escluse) per una copia esatta (inclusi gadget) non omologata per l’uso in strada della fantastica vettura usata da 007 e consacrata alla leggenda. Aston Martin promette che tutte le auto di nuova costruzione saranno autentiche riproduzioni dell’auto vista sullo schermo, il che significa anche che tutti i 25 esemplari saranno rifiniti con vernice Silver Birch, proprio come l’auto originale del film. Le prime consegne sono previste per il 2021.
